The Kurdish American
Student Database (KASD) offers a number of academic services to Kurdish
students in the United States by providing a network of communication
to share information in various fields of study.
Who
is KASD and who is it for?
The Kurdish
American Student Database is a Kurdish American
Youth Organization (visit them at http://www.kurdyouth.org)
affiliate and is run by a team of independent Kurdish students
with a goal to provide a service in education to the Kurdish communities
and individuals in the United States.
What
is the database?
A network
of individuals, perhaps like yourself, who have signed up to help
and provide their knowledge to those who need it.
How
can it help me?
If you are
an individual who needs assistance on how to enroll in colleges,
start your application process, create various documents such
as resumes and obtain letters of recommendation, prepare for college
interviews, prepare for admission tests, and a variety of other
items related to academics and career goals, then KASD may be able
to help you.
Is
it safe for me to fill out the survey and give my information?
The KASD Survey
requires you to fill out basic information about your education
and contact information. These pieces of information are critical
for the KASD team to be able to help you, or for you to provide
help to the KASD team. The information you provide to KASD is private
under the KASD Terms of Service. Your information
will not be released publicly to anyone outside
the KASD team without permission.
What
languages do you provide service in?
Currently,
we offer our services in Kurdish (multiple dialects), Turkish,
Farsi, and Arabic.
